The Connect trait, and supporting types.

This module contains:

A default HttpConnector that does DNS resolution and establishes connections over TCP.
The Connect trait and related types to build custom connectors.

Modules

dns	The `Resolve` trait, support types, and some basic implementations.

Connected	Extra information about the connected transport.
Destination	A set of properties to describe where and how to try to connect.
HttpConnector	A connector for the `http` scheme.
HttpInfo	Extra information about the transport when an HttpConnector is used.

Connect to a destination, returning an IO transport.
